TerrAscend Corp., a leading North American cannabis operator, today announced that it has received conditional approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) to list its common shares (the “Common Shares”) on the TSX (the “TSX Listing”).

Final approval of the TSX Listing is subject to the Company meeting certain customary conditions required by the exchange. The Company will issue a press release once the TSX confirms the date that trading will commence on the exchange. In connection with the TSX Listing, the Company has submitted a request to voluntarily delist (the “CSE Delisting”) its Common Shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”). The CSE Delisting is expected to be effective on or shortly after the date the Common Shares commence trading on the TSX.
