The 600 series incorporates Pope’s 6” stainless steel for proven, (not just theoretical) cannabis extract feed rates up to 10 kg/hr or more, with end product high in yield, purity and clarity.
This skid mounted system contains the core essentials for worry-free, 24-hour operation, including newly upgraded liquid pumps, oversized vacuum pump, ergonomic sanitary design for simplified cleaning and maintenance. 316L stainless steel fabrication throughout the system provides durability and high heat transfer rates for maximum efficiency and throughput. Single point electrical hookup and internal wiring per NEC industrial standards for safety. Like all Pope equipment, each still is designed, built, tested and warrantied in the USA, and are backed by Pope’s famous customer service for many years after procurement.
While the economical, base ProPass 600 is equipped for robust performance right out of the crate, several equipment package options are available, depending on customers’ requirements, budget and preferences. These include increased degrees of automation, data recording and management, feed/receiver vessels and other offered choices. These are single-stage modules, each capable of performing both terpenes stripping and cannabinoid distillation steps. For distilling large lots of extract on a regular basis, multiple, linked modules are recommended, typically two, sometimes more, depending on starting extract quality, pre-distillation process steps, product goals, etc. Pope can fine tune ProPass system proposals after consultation; modules can be procured together or added later as needed.
