In accordance with PIPEDA regulations, we are writing to inform you about a recent security breach incident that occurred within our organization. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work diligently to address this situation.”

Description of the Circumstances: During a routine security audit, we discovered unauthorized access to our systems. It appears that our network was breached by a malicious third party who gained unauthorized access to certain areas of our infrastructure.

Timeframe of the Breach: While we are unable to pinpoint the exact date of the breach, our investigation indicates that it occurred within the period of June 14, 2023 to June 21, 2023.

Personal Information Involved: At this stage, we have reason to believe that the following personal information may have been accessed: email signature contact information and email communications. Please note that we are continuing our investigation to ascertain the full extent of the breach.

Steps Taken to Reduce Risk: As soon as we discovered the breach, our dedicated security team initiated immediate actions to contain and mitigate the potential impact. We have bolstered our security measures, patched vulnerabilities, and enhanced monitoring systems to prevent similar incidents in the future. We are also working closely with cybersecurity experts to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the circumstances leading up to the breach.
