AgriCann Announces Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

AgriCann Solutions Corp. announces the voluntary resignation of Adam Sancewicz from the position of Chief Executive Officer of Agricann effective immediately, along with his positions held in subsidiaries Newline Ventures Inc. and Craft Nurseries Canada Ltd., pending completion of certain assignments, transfers and records in compliance with Health Canada and other regulatory requirements. Sancewicz has served as President since August 2022 and as CEO since April 2023.

“We thank Adam for his leadership and guidance during the Company’s restructuring of its Craft Nurseries operations, and the transition to and recent acquisition of Newline Ventures,” said Rob van Santen, AgriCann’s Chairman. “We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”

AgriCann has appointed Tim Tombe as interim CEO. Tim is a director of AgriCann, remains the Company’s largest shareholder, and was co-founder and a former director of Valens AgriTech Ltd. and its parent company The Valens Company, recently acquired by Nasdaq-listed SNDL Inc.
