Village Farms International, Inc. announced that it received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum closing bid price of US$1.00 per share listing requirement (Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2)) and the matter is now closed.
