1CM Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Tirthankar Limited has successfully entered into a private retail operator agreement with CANNABIS NB LTD, a provincial Crown corporation responsible for Cannabis in New Brunswick (the “Province”) to open 2 retail cannabis stores.
The company is currently the only publicly traded company to operate cannabis retail stores in the province. These new cannabis retail store locations in Blackville and Bouctouche, New Brunswick are an opportunity for 1CM to generate additional revenue and increase national presence.
