Xebra Brands Ltd., a cannabis company, has submitted a new product notice for its THC infused lemonade, Vicious CitrusTM to Health Canada, for planned distribution to multiple provinces in the spring of 2022.
Per section 244 of the Cannabis Regulations, Health Canada must be notified of the intent to sell a cannabis product that they have not previously sold in the country. Accordingly, Notice of New Cannabis Product (NNCP) forms have been submitted to Health Canada in anticipation to Xebra’s launch of its THC infused lemonade, Vicious CitrusTM in the Spring of 2022.
Xebra has formulated several dozen cannabis-infused beverages under six brands, including MadCap seltzers & soft drinks, HighJack energy drinks, HolaHi iced teas, Vicious Citrus lemonades, HighCastle waters and Conquer, a CBD sports beverage. Trademark applications have been filed in more than 40 countries for Xebra’s unique beverage brands and slogans.
Xebra plans to launch additional beverage brands in Canada, subsequent to the successful launch of its inaugural brand Vicious CitrusTM.
