Co-founders Ross and Zach Lipson have departed the company after a long tenure of driving growth, passion, and innovation in the cannabis industry. Prior to Dutchie, Tim was the Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Toast (NYSE: TOST). As Dutchie’s Executive Chairman of two years, he has been instrumental in setting overall business strategy, supporting Dutchie’s fundraising success and helping assemble a world-class management team.

Nick DeLeonardis will join Dutchie as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, DeLeonardis will lead Dutchie’s finance organizations and help drive fintech innovation across the company. Prior to Dutchie, DeLeonardis was the SVP & GM of Employee Cloud and FinTech at Toast (NYSE: TOST), where he was responsible for leading Payments, Lending, Payroll & Team Management, and other financial services. Before Toast, DeLeonardis was Senior Vice President of Credit Trading at the Harvard Management Company.
John Kelleher recently joined Dutchie as General Counsel. Kelleher is helping guide Dutchie‘s culture and growth, with a specific focus on compliance, governmental affairs and public policy. Previously, Kelleher served for ten years as the general counsel for HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS), and eight years as general counsel for Endeca Technologies. Throughout his career, Kelleher has helped businesses unlock their next stages of growth, develop exemplary company cultures, and navigate complex regulatory and legal hurdles.
Michael Lee recently joined Dutchie as Vice President of Engineering. Michael’s expertise is driving next level speed, quality and innovation within Engineering teams. Michael brings over 15 years of tech experience as the previous CTO at Notarize and VP of Engineering at Toast.
