Sundial Expands Domestic Distribution to B.C. with New Cannabis Supply Agreement

Sundial Growers Inc. has secured a cannabis supply agreement with the BC Liquor Distribution Branch. The partnership advances Sundial’s strategy of providing all Canadians access to its premium adult-use and medical products.

“B.C. has a proud history and culture of producing world-famous cannabis and we look to continue the tradition by providing the province with craft, premium quality cannabis that will live up to the high standards set by its forebears,” said Andrew Stordeur, Chief Commercial Officer at Sundial. “This is an exciting time at Sundial as we continue to scale with pace while focusing on delivering uninterrupted supply to our current customers.”

The additional cultivation space that was recently announced at Sundial’s flagship facility in Olds, Alberta will allow Sundial to expand distribution to all of the Western provinces along with Ontario. Supply agreements with the provincial boards of Alberta and Ontario are already in place, and approval to sell in Saskatchewan was recently received from the SGLA.

Sundial crafts premium quality, small-batch cannabis with its best-in-class facilities. Sundial differentiates itself from other licensed producers by growing “craft-at-scale” cannabis using purpose-built modular systems and award-winning genetics.
