Sundial Appoints Charlotte Collett  as Chief People Officer

Sundial Growers Inc. welcomed Charlotte Collett as the company’s new Chief People Officer. Collett brings 20 years of international human resource experience from both public and private sector industries and joins Sundial’s Senior Leadership team at a critical time in the company’s history.

“Sundial has been adding new talent every month and our pace of growth is about to accelerate with the rapid expansion of our flagship facility in Olds,” said Sundial CEO Torsten Kuenzlen. “As a senior executive responsible for people management, Charlotte will play a critical role in helping Sundial to attract and retain the human capital needed to help us to become a leading Canadian and international cannabis producer.”

Collett holds an Alberta Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation and has worked as a senior human resource professional in the agricultural, health care, power generation and oil and gas sectors. She is specialized in the areas of leadership development, talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, and employee relations and compensation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and a number of professional certifications.

Collett will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide human capital strategy with an immediate focus on supporting the growth needs of the company.
