FOUR20 Premium Markets reaches $5 million in sales

FOUR20 Premium Markets has reached $5 million in sales as of February 15th, 2019. This number is based on two operating locations in Calgary. The milestone was achieved just before FOUR20 opens the doors to two additional Calgary locations, which were granted licenses by the AGLC on January 25th, 2019.

President Jeff Mooij expressed his enthusiasm, stating “The past five months have been both challenging and rewarding, so to hit this milestone as an independent business is monumental. We are humbled by the Calgary community and it’s truly amazing that this happens on the dawn of two new openings here in Calgary. This shines a small light on the opportunity within the sector, one we are excited to continue to expand in.”

FOUR20’s latest shops are another important step in FOUR20’s prudent growth strategy to become a leading cannabis retailer in Calgary and beyond. Mr. Mooij says “People are excited about the legalization of cannabis, regardless of certain logistical issues. Supply issues have been part of the growing pains, but in any new industry uncertainties are natural and expected. Our goal is to mitigate the challenges and continue to serve a growing consumer base. The opportunities within the sector are immense.”

FOUR20’s newest Calgary locations are Foothills Industrial Park (#112, 5334 72 Avenue SE), opening February 19th, 2019 and Oakridge (#205, 2515 90 Avenue SW), opening February 22nd, 2019. All FOUR20 locations are open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
