Canadian Cannabis Retailer Fire & Flower Appoints Ken Doige as Vice President, Compliance and Risk Management

Fire & Flower, a corporate retail cannabis store, announces Ken Doige has been appointed as Vice President, Compliance and Risk Management.

In this role, Ken will be leading a department that is key to Fire & Flower’s growth plans, with responsibilities starting at store design and carry on through deploying security at the first cannabis delivery and beyond through all operations, including security system design, plans, drawings, inspections, and documentation.

Ken comes to Fire & Flower with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement and the corporate security sectors. Ken is the founder and CEO of ESRM Solutions Inc., a successful corporate security consulting from with clients across North American and the World. Prior to joining Fire & Flower, Ken was Chief Security Officer for Brookfield Renewable Energy. Ken is also a certified Emergency Management instructor for the Province of Ontario and has been a member of the George Brown College faculty and executive committee for their School of Emergency Management. Prior to this role, he held the position of Vice President, National Security for Brookfield Office Properties and held numerous positions with the Toronto and York Regional Police Services.
