Ample Organics completes acquisition of Last Call Analytics

Ample Organics Inc., the leading seed-to-sale software solution for the cannabis industry in Canada and beyond, is pleased to announce that the company has completed its first acquisition of Last Call Analytics, a powerful sales data analytics and visualization platform.

Last Call Analytics is currently powering some of the largest beverage alcohol companies in the United States and Canada including Breakthru Beverages, Brown Forman, and PMA with easy to use, visual, data-driven insights that increase sales and profitability, identify trends and opportunities, inform decisions, and improve brand and company performance.

“Last Call Analytics has proven to provide tremendous value to retail operations teams, providing in-depth analytics on retail and supply chain data,” said John Prentice, President and CEO of Ample Organics. “As the cannabis industry continues to evolve in Canada, having access to these insights will be critical for any company’s success in the emerging retail distribution model. We look forward to bringing these established and trusted tools to our customers.”

“The Last Call Analytics team is thrilled to join Ample Organics,” said Matt Bannister, Chief Success Officer of Last Call Analytics. “The move is a natural fit for us as the beverage alcohol and cannabis markets offer such close adjacencies in terms of route to market, category analysis, and sales and production planning. As part of the Ample Organics ecosystem, we will be able to continue our aggressive growth trajectory in beverage alcohol and leverage opportunities for collaboration as we expand within both industries.”

“Joining Ample Organics is a huge win for Last Call Analytics customers, the team, and shareholders,” said Anthony Lipschitz, Partner, Private Equity at FirePower Capital. “In Ample Organics, we found shared values with a customer-first focus, a solutions-led approach, and a vision that will support continued growth for all concerned.”
